Global Strategic Impact Dr. Sengee is a veteran architect of international health cooperation. She has served as a lead technical partner for the World Health Organization (WHO), JICA, and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Her work has redefined Mongolia's health landscape, from spearheading the JICA-funded modernization of medical licensing to providing the policy leadership for the ADB’s multi-million dollar Health Sector Development Projects.

Scientific & Legislative Authority A respected medical scientist with a PhD in Health Sciences, Dr. Sengee’s data-driven research—published in The Journal of Infectious Diseases—was the catalyst for the successful implementation of Mongolia’s national infant vaccination program. Her expertise bridges the gap between clinical research and national law, having played a key role in developing the legislative frameworks that govern Mongolia’s modern health sector.

Current Leadership Today, Dr. Sengee serves as the President of the Mongolian Association for Health Sector Human Resource Development and the National Focal Point for the 22-nation Asia Pacific Action Alliance (AAAH). Her unique ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and her deep ties to global agencies ensure our organization operates at the absolute peak of international excellence.
